Concentra is seeking a Customer Service–oriented Patient Service Specialist in Appleton, WI. You will support patient registration, scheduling, and front-desk operations to ensure a welcoming experience while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy across systems.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, checking in/out, answering calls, and coordinating with care teams. A high school diploma and office experience help you excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
• State-specific occupational medicine knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors.
• Communicate wait times to patients and direct them accordingly.
• Check in patients using the patient management system.
• Explain required forms and ensure proper completion.
• Answer incoming phone lines and direct callers.
• Schedule and remind/ reschedule appointments as needed.
• Check out patients and distribute records.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and forms.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and safety rules.
• Assist in processing patient referrals and education.
