Job summary

Adelante Healthcare seeks an Associate Call Center Representative to provide excellent patient service by assisting with scheduling and handling medical information requests over the phone. The role focuses on creating a caring environment and promoting efficient scheduling while responding promptly to patient needs.

Responsibilities include telephonic scheduling, pre-registration, data entry, maintaining accurate schedules across centers, and collaborating with staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in customer service.
• Ability to handle 1–2 levels of service.
• Strong typing, faxing, scanning, and telephone skills.
• Willingness to be cross-trained and learn new skills.
• Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety

Responsibilities

• Effective phone etiquette using caring communication for all openings and closing greetings.
• Schedule patient initial and follow up appointments ensuring efficient use of provider time.
• Perform patient pre-registration including updating patient information as indicated.
• Perform data entry and appointment confirmation.
• Maintain schedule accuracy for maximum patient flow.
• Follow established procedures for answering and screening incoming appointment-related calls.
• Maintain effective communication with office staff and providers in all centers.
• Attend staff meetings or required meetings.
• Maintains satisfactory attendance and punctuality for full shift.
• Demonstrates respectful and professional behavior within a team-oriented environment.
• Technology skills including Windows, MS Office and multi-line telephone system
