Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments across multiple clinical departments.
• Provide screening and direct callers to appropriate services.
• Input and verify patient demographics accurately.
• Operate a multi-line phone system and maintain professional customer service.
• Meet departmental goals and report issues to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
