Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer CAD telephone calls promptly and courteously, coordinating patient appointments.
• Schedule and enter orders for ancillary services using the scheduling system.
• Pre-register all new patients and fully register outreach clinic patients.
• Inform patients of any financial/insurance obligations at the time of appointment.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, mailing appointment reminders, and faxing outreach schedules.
