Infusion for Health is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our patient care team at the Brea headquarters. The role involves handling incoming calls, assisting patients with scheduling, and maintaining accurate records in our system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED (or higher).
• 1+ years of experience in a related environment using phones and computers as primary tools.
• 6+ months of Call Center experience.
• Must be open to work Monday - Friday 9:00AM-5:30PM (Full time).

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate department.
• Assist patients with scheduling appointments and provide service information.
• Maintain patient records and update center database with accurate data.
• Adhere to HIPAA policies and procedures.
• Make outbound calls for no-shows and appointment confirmations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to follow scheduling guidelines.
