• Ability to multitask and use multiple screens is required.
• Ability to showcase and provide excellent customer service is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of calls daily to schedule appointments, procedures, and diagnostic tests for patients.
• Answer patient questions regarding the process for scheduled appointments and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients to ensure their understanding of appointment details and directions.
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone at all times.
