LHH Recruitment Solutions partnered with a well-established healthcare network to fill a contract-to-hire Patient Scheduling role in the Bloomington, IN area. The role involves handling a high volume of calls to schedule appointments, procedures, and diagnostic tests for patients, and answering questions about scheduling processes.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of call center experience, be able to multitask across multiple screens, and deliver excellent customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

• Handle a high volume of calls daily to schedule appointments, procedures, and diagnostic tests for patients.
• Answer patient questions regarding the process for scheduled appointments and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients to ensure their understanding of appointment details and directions.
• Provideexceptional customer service via phone at all times.

Work Hours

9:00 AM to 5:30 PM M-F

Job Type

Contract-to-hire & 40 hrs/wk

Pay Details

$16.00 per hour
