You will handle scheduling across primary, specialty, and internal referrals while ensuring policy compliance and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of consecutive and recent call center experience.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service at all times.

Responsibilities

• Schedule surgical procedures, diagnostic procedures, primary care, specialty care, and internal referrals.
• Follow and reinforce all policies for case scheduling.
• Communicate information for each scheduled appointment.
• Audit and/or complete electronic documentation of patient and case information in a timely manner.
• Work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality.
