• Keeps clinic operations organized, manages after-hours messaging and validates health records.
• Schedules and cancels appointments across multiple specialties with accuracy.
• Registers patients and verifies information for smooth communication.
• Provides patients with clear information about clinic policies and appointment preparation.
• Assesses appointment needs and refers urgent cases to the walk-in clinic when appropriate.
• Maintains provider schedules and aligns availability with clinic needs.
• Verifies scanned documents in the electronic health record and ensures retention policy compliance.
• Collaborates with IT and Health Information Management staff to resolve scheduling issues.
• Responds to inquiries and maintains confidentiality of records.
