Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling of appointments, procedures, and exams across hospital and physician offices.
• Collect clinical information, verify demographics, and confirm insurance details.
• Educate patients, families, and offices about protocols, referrals, and testing criteria.
• Monitor adherence to department procedures and suggest improvements.
• Utilize scheduling software to facilitate patient access within the network.
• Serve as a resource for staff, physicians, and referring offices.
