Valley Health Partners Community Health Center in Allentown, PA is seeking a Patient Scheduling Coordinator to manage scheduling for our service line. You will coordinate appointments, procedures, and exams, and serve as the main point of contact for patients, physicians, and staff to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma (associate degree preferred), strong communication and data-entry skills, and the ability to learn scheduling systems and EMR.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates scheduling activities including appointments, procedures, and exams for a VHPCHC service line.
• Provides excellent customer service while assisting patients, physician offices, and staff with scheduling needs and appointment coordination.
• Maintains confidentiality and accurate data entry in scheduling and EMR systems.
