Job summary

UW Health in Madison is seeking a Patient Scheduling Representative to handle appointment scheduling by phone, in person, or electronic correspondence. You will take incoming calls and make outgoing calls to schedule appointments, coordinating with clinic staff to ensure timely care.

This full-time, day-shift role offers a comprehensive benefits package and flexible schedules. No minimum education required, with preference for a high school diploma or higher and healthcare or office experience.
