Responsibilities

• Receives physician orders, verifies insurance, and handles scheduling related inquiries.
• Schedules patients for treatments or procedures using scheduling software and resolves conflicts.
• Maintains and updates patient records and compiles statistical data as needed.
• Distributes educational materials to patients and supports the assigned unit.
