Responsibilities

• Interact with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.
• Schedule patient appointments and register patients across the Jefferson Health System per clinical and insurance requirements to improve access and care coordination.
• Use EMR to schedule and register, confirm appointments, verify demographics and insurance, and resolve inquiries per protocols.
• Coordinate orders and referrals; confirm patient information to maximize benefits; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Use central scheduling telephony software to handle assigned call volume and digital requests.
• Maintain qualitative and quantitative individual and team performance targets.
