Pacific Imaging Management LLC in Templeton, CA is seeking a full-time Patient Scheduling Specialist to join our team in the Scheduling Department.

In this role you will operate multiple scheduling software programs across multi-monitor setups, manage 25+ imaging exams daily after training, and handle 20+ inbound calls plus outbound scheduling orders. PTO, holidays, and health benefits are included.

Responsibilities

• Utilize multiple specialized computer software programs across multi-monitor setups to efficiently perform daily scheduling tasks.
• Schedule 25+ medical imaging exams daily following completion of initial training.
• Handle 20+ inbound patient phone calls daily and conduct outbound calls for orders ready to be scheduled.
• Follow up on outstanding orders, laboratory results, and medical chart notes to ensure complete documentation.
