Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of medical and/or clerical experience.
• Demonstrated outstanding customer service experience.
• Coursework/Training: Business or college courses.
• Diagnostic Imaging experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule complex Imaging and Medical procedures across departments (Interventional, Nuclear Medicine, Anesthesia, Short Stay, Admitting).
• Obtain exam information, equipment/resources and patient medical data to ensure accurate scheduling.
• Utilize HIS/RIS, scheduling software, network drives and PACS to coordinate exams across multiple entities.
