SunState Medical Specialists is seeking a Scheduler to manage patient appointments across treatment centers. You will coordinate with providers, maintain daily schedules, and ensure accurate patient information is communicated to the care team.

Qualified candidates will have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, plus at least one year in a medical office setting. This is an on-site role focused on efficient front-desk scheduling and patient service.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills required.
• One plus year in a medical office setting preferred.
• Ability to sit, stand and communicate with patients and staff.

Aufgaben

• Schedule patients with providers and midlevel providers based on availability and diagnosis.
• Maintain daily treatment schedules as directed.
• Create daily patient schedules under physician guidance.
• Maintain an active hospital patient treatment list updated daily.
• Verify patients' demographics on calls or visits.
• Manage all incoming calls and facilitate appointment scheduling or other actions.
• Distribute all daily patient schedules and information.
• Distribute pre- and post-treatment information to patients.
• Other duties as assigned.
