Qualifications

• Two+ years of related customer-facing experience

Responsibilities

• Ensures patients have information needed to arrive on time and for proper billing
• Receives scheduling requests and assigns procedures per department availability
• Provides accurate scheduling information and maintains daily, printable schedules for departments
• Performs administrative support tasks including mail handling and general department duties
