Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience is required.

• Experience with healthcare workflows and insurance concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming patient calls and route messages.
• Schedule patient appointments using physician templates.
• Advise callers on policies, payments, cancellations, and pre-authorization needs.
• Enter patient demographics into Epic accurately.
• Scan and index documents into patient charts and maintain confidentiality.
• Handle outgoing mail and assist with overall office duties.
