Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years of related experience; clinical experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and database programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic support for scheduling appointments and patient messages.
• Verify and create registration and insurance information for patients.
• Document requests in the system and prioritize messages by urgency.
• Assist patients with questions and concerns to prevent complaints; escalate when needed.
• Provide backup coverage to front desk when clinics are short staffed.
• Answer inbound calls and complete outbound calls.
