Atlantic Medical Group in Morristown, NJ seeks a Scheduler I for a full-time daytime role. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments across practices, verify insurance, and collect patient information in Epic.

The role requires accuracy, teamwork, and flexibility to meet daily priorities in a fast-paced environment. The position runs Monday through Friday, 10am–6pm, with duties including patient registration, referrals, and education on the patient portal.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in a contact center or medical office space preferred.
• Experience handling high call volumes and scheduling responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and scheduling for Atlantic Medical Group practices.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect demographics accurately.
• Maintain patient registration data and update accounts in the system.
• Triaging referrals to appropriate specialty practices for timely care.
• Promote patient portal usage and communicate appointment details to patients.
