Responsibilities

• Answers inbound calls, schedules appointments, verifies patient information and processes registrations.
• Performs insurance eligibility verification and communicates financial responsibilities to patients.
• Escalates issues to supervisors and coordinates with practices to ensure timely appointments.
• Maintains up-to-date patient demographic and insurance data in Epic Work Queues.
