Job summary

Atlantic Health is seeking a Scheduler I in Morristown, NJ for a full-time, days shift (10am–6pm) to manage high volumes of scheduling requests across Atlantic Medical Group locations. This role requires accurate data entry, insurance verification, and proactive patient communication to ensure timely appointments.

Responsibilities include handling calls, registering patients, verifying details, and guiding patients through the portal when needed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of prior experience in contact center space or front-facing medical office space preferred.
• Experience handling high call/fast-paced environments or busy clinical setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and SMS requests to schedule appointments for Atlantic Medical Group practices.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect patient registration data during scheduling.
• Maintain patient accounts for medical and financial eligibility using Epic Work queues.
