Atlantic Health in Morristown, NJ is seeking an AMG Specialty Call Center Trainer Scheduler to coordinate patient appointments and train scheduling staff. You will onboard new hires, coach teams, and develop materials to ensure high‑quality patient scheduling and registration services.

Responsibilities include coaching schedulers, presenting training to groups, maintaining materials, and acting as SME for scheduling workflows and Epic.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare scheduling, patient access, medical office, or call center experience.
• Experience delivering training and presentations to groups is required.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel to create training materials, presentations, reports, and job aids.
• Ability to collaborate with leadership and staff across departments.

Responsabilités

• Train, coach, and mentor schedulers.
• Facilitate training sessions for groups.
• Develop training materials, job aids, and workflow documentation.
• Serve as SME for scheduling workflows, Epic, insurance verification, and patient registration.
• Handle scheduling and patient registration tasks; promote portal enrollment.
• Support quality, productivity, and customer service goals.
• Collaborate with leadership on process improvements.
