• 1–2 years in a high-volume call center with KPIs.
• Healthcare call center experience preferred.
• Proficient in medical terminology and patient registration.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems (EPIC/NextGen).

• Answer high-volume inbound calls with empathy and professionalism.
• Schedule medical appointments across specialties using EMR systems.
