Qualifications

• Current state RN licensure.
• Five years of clinical experience or demonstrated understanding of ambulatory and acute care clinical practices.
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support a system-wide approach to measure, evaluate and improve patient safety.
• Lead root cause analysis and safety-related assessments.
• Coordinate system leaders to identify patient safety risks and implement safety culture improvements.
