Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the organization's Risk Management Program, including annual planning and goal development.
• Manage event reporting processes, risk assessments, and risk mitigation initiatives across the organization.
• Collaborate with carriers and legal counsel to manage claims and reduce organizational risk.
• Support patient grievance review processes and ensure appropriate resolution and reporting.
• Lead and oversee the Patient Safety Program, including planning and evaluation.
