Job summary

McLaren Health Care is seeking a Program Manager of Patient Safety and Clinical Risk (RN) to lead safety initiatives across Bay City/Thumb and Caro. You will oversee the QIPSP, analyze data, implement plans, and collaborate with clinical leaders to reduce harm and improve patient safety.

Required certifications (CPPS/CPRM/CPHQ) or active pursuit within 2–3 years, at least two years of healthcare experience, and a Bachelor's degree in a clinical field preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of healthcare experience.
• Certification in patient safety or healthcare risk management preferred or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Program across assigned subsidiaries.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and implement safety plans.
• Coordinate with clinical leadership to minimize harm and promote safety culture.
• Provide education and conduct root cause analyses as needed.
• Serve as a resource for crisis situations and safety leadership committees.
