Job summary

Duke University Health System - Patient Revenue Management Office (PRMO) seeks to hire a Financial Care Counselor to manage patient accounts, verify insurance, and explain financial responsibilities before services. You will work within a centralized revenue cycle that supports the entire health system across scheduling, registration, coding, and billing.
