Indiana University Health in Indianapolis is seeking a Revenue Cycle Associate to resolve written patient inquiries and internal account requests, with backup call coverage as needed. You will collaborate across departments to resolve issues and maintain productivity, quality, and service standards in support of organizational goals.

Incumbents are held to higher productivity and quality standards and may perform higher complexity tasks.

Competenze

• One year of hospital or physician Revenue Cycle experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of patient registration and financial clearance.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a team and take initiative.

Mansioni

• Research account questions and document actions.
• Maintain written communication standards.
• Manage inventory, turnaround time, and backlog.
• Maintain call-handling proficiency.
• Provide backup call coverage based on call demand, staffing, service levels, or leadership direction.
• Escalate complex concerns through Team Lead or dedicated internal escalation pathway.
• Coordinate phone coverage with WFM and Team Leads based on operational need.
