EyeCare Partners in Huntsville, AL seeks a Patient Relations Specialist to support patients and providers by handling calls, scheduling appointments, and capturing messages for clinic staff. You will verify insurance and demographics, relay information to team members, and help resolve patient needs with accuracy and care.

Requirements include a high school diploma, basic computer skills and a favorable background check. Healthcare exposure is a plus; travel may be required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; healthcare experience preferred.
• 1–3 years in a call center or as a receptionist is preferred.
• Strong communication, data accuracy and HIPAA awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound and outbound calls for multiple clinics with standard greetings.
• Schedule patient appointments and verify demographics and insurance details.
• Provide information on location, parking and clinic guidelines.
• Ensure timely, accurate patient registrations and data in systems.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional patient interactions.
