• Schedules diagnostic and imaging tests at PMG when applicable.
• Coordinates with vendors to ensure equipment and anesthesia groups are available.
• Enters scheduling notes and instructions into the EMR system.
• Informs patients about test prep, arrival times, and directions.
• Obtains or communicates needed prior authorizations with insurance.
