SIHF Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk / Patient Services representative to manage patient registrations, scheduling, and billing workflows at our Belleville, IL location. You will verify insurance, process co-pays, and document patient encounters to ensure smooth clinic operations.

The role requires strong communication, data-entry accuracy, and the ability to multitask in a busy healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is desired.
• Training in Medical Terminology is desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service to all customers and maintain patient-facing professionalism.
• Handle a high volume of calls with good judgement and clear communication.
• Create and document patient cases as requested.
• Verify patient insurance and assist with payments and scheduling.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of demographics and forms.
• Perform end-of-day batching and aid in chart preparation and scanning.
