Formación

• Associate's degree in a related field.
• Experience in medical office or patient registration preferred.
• Strong communication and computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately and efficiently completes registration for new and existing patients.
• Checks patients in on arrival for scheduled appointments.
• Performs cash drawer management and co-pay collections.
• Requests, locates, sends and receives patient medical records as needed.
• Assists with telephone reception and general inquiries.
• Supports patient scheduling and directs to appropriate providers.
• Maintains knowledge of Carle policies and patient advocacy.
• Provides training support and participates in departmental projects.
