• Assist in maintaining monthly quality assurance documentation.
• Verify insurance information via web-based systems.
• Enter patient information into the computer system and filing paperwork.
• Assist with scheduling patient services for GRHC specialists and hospital-based services.
• Travel between Lancaster and outreach clinics to deliver labs and documents.
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting and work with other departments.
