Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors and patients in person or by phone, maintaining excellent customer service.
• Enters and updates patient demographics and financial information.
• Obtains appropriate forms and confirms signatures; photocopies/scans documents as needed.
• Provides patients with financial responsibility information and collects liabilities, balancing cash daily.
• Coordinates with Financial Counseling, Scheduling and other departments to complete patient encounters.
