Qualifications

• Ability to instruct others and handle fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and manage front-desk reception, preregistration and check-ins.
• Verify insurance eligibility and ensure accuracy of information.
• Register new patients and update insurance data; respond to inquiries.
• Advocate for patients and callers to meet their needs.
• Handle cash collections professionally and maintain records.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced setting following SOPs.
• Train and mentor team members on registration processes.
