Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in patient admitting/registration and/or insurance eligibility preferred.
• EPIC training/experience preferred.
• Insurance payor systems experience preferred.
• ICD-10 terminology experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to meet customer service standards over phone, in person and in writing.
• Willingness to instruct others in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
