• Strong interpersonal skills to assist patients and coordinate with staff.

Responsabilités

• Handle patient registration activities: reception, face-to-face check in and check out, preregistration, insurance verification, cash collections.
• Assist with chart reconciliation and patient discharge while upholding service excellence standards.
