Job summary

Kids for the Future in Hooksett, NH is hiring a Registration Professional for a full-time, non-exempt role. You will support patient registration across our Rochester location as needed and work (3) 12-hour shifts weekly with rotating weekends.

You will greet patients, verify demographics and insurance, review EMR data for completeness, and handle payments, deposits, and daily reporting in a busy medical office environment. Strong MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in medical settings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• EMR experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients professionally and verify demographics and insurance.
• Review and verify patient information in the EMR for accuracy.
• Provide and collect necessary forms, ensuring complete data entry.
• Collect payments and insurance co-pays; reconcile cash at day end.
• Pre-register patients prior to arrival and balance daily deposits.
• Coordinate ROI requests and maintain department communications.
