Henry Ford Health is seeking a Clinic Service Representative in Grass Lake, MI. This full-time role supports patient registration, check-in/out, and insurance verification within the Family Medicine clinic.

As the first point of contact, you will handle financial discussions, preregistration, and collaboration with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and a positive experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills, including email and software navigation.
• Ability to perform calculations and accurately complete forms.
• Strong interpersonal communication with patients, visitors, and staff.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Greet and check in patients, verify information and insurance coverage.
• Handle patient check-out, including payments and scheduling follow-ups.
• Pre-register patients and reconcile charts for accuracy.
• Discuss financial responsibilities with patients and direct to Customer Service when needed.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to meet patient needs in a fast-paced setting.
