Qualifications

• One year of patient admitting, registration, or insurance verification experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, creating a positive first impression.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect payments accurately.
• Update patient registration and insurance information in our systems.
• Respond to inquiries from callers and patients with professionalism.
• Advocate for patients to ensure their needs are met promptly.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
