Qualifications

• Three years of customer service experience, preferably healthcare.
• Patient registration experience preferred.
• Course work toward a medical technology or medical assistant certification is recommended.
• Medical Office Assistance experience or training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient and family comfort, safety, privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Assist with patient data collection and registration tasks.
• Greet patients and families and direct them as needed to support visit flow.
• Update patient accounts and verify coverage and eligibility.
• Perform pre-visit activities to gather necessary information for the clinic team.
