Responsibilities

• Proficiently performs patient service activities in coordination with the clinical team, including admission, registration, and data collection.
• Greets patients and families, ensuring a welcoming environment and addressing inquiries.
• Checks in patients, updates accounts, and verifies coverage for accurate billing and scheduling.
• Performs pre-visit data collection and coordinates with the multidisciplinary team to facilitate patient care.
