Rancho Health in Temecula, CA is seeking a Regular Full Time Registration Coordinator to guide patients through check-in and check-out processes. You will greet patients, verify insurance, and complete required paperwork to ensure a smooth visit experience.

The role requires completing a front office program or equivalent training, excellent communication, and the ability to work with EMR systems. Bilingual Spanish is preferred; some travel within the county may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a medical front office program or related on-the-job training.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred and helpful.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and verify insurance and demographics.
• Answer multiple phone lines and check voicemails.
• Process patient payments by card or cash and balance cash drawer.
• Schedule, reschedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify insurances across multiple websites for appointments.
• Assist with patient checkout and follow-up paperwork (labs, orders, etc.).
• Maintain organized reception and waiting areas; support back-office communications.
• Collaborate with providers, staff and administration to meet schedule needs.
