Job summary

Solis Mammography is seeking a Patient Service Representative in Raleigh, NC. You will be the first contact for patients, greeting them, registering demographics and insurance in the RIS, and collecting payments.

This full-time role supports front office operations and daily reconciliation. Candidates should have a high school diploma, customer service experience, basic cash handling, and familiarity with RIS software; strong communication and math skills are needed for accurate form completion

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
Two years healthcare registration or customer service preferred.
Basic cash handling knowledge.
Familiarity with medical terminology preferred.
Able to read, write and comprehend simple instructions.
Able to perform basic math and sit/stand for long periods.
Experience with RIS software preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as first point of contact for patients and greet them professionally.
Register patients and input demographic and insurance information into RIS.
Explain forms and assist with completion; collect payments and verify benefits.
Schedule and manage appointments; maintain confidentiality of records.
Generate daily invoices and reconcile payments; participate in front office training.
