Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Customer Service oriented Front Desk Associate for our San Antonio clinic. You will greet patients, verify demographics and insurance, collect payments, and support registration in the Athena/MedQ workflow.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in healthcare, familiarity with EMR systems, and strong English/Spanish communication. Candidates must be able to travel to other GMG locations if needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; professional credential preferred.
• Minimum one year of healthcare experience, especially family practice or internal medicine.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and accurate data entry is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in greeting, collecting information, and initial registration.
• Validate ID, insurance and eligibility; collect co-pays at registration.
• Operate EMR systems and maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality.
