Grand River Health Main Campus in Rifle, CO seeks a Patient Registrar to provide friendly, professional front-desk support. You will greet patients, check in, manage the switchboard, and guide visitors while ensuring accurate demographic and insurance information is collected and entered into the EMR.

The Registrar collaborates with clinical staff across women's health, behavioral health, ENT, dermatology, and more, delivering a seamless first contact.

Qualifications

• Commitment, reliability, or work ethic shown through prior roles.
• Clinic experience preferred; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and greet/check in, manage switchboard and reception.
• Answer/transfer phone calls, deliver messages, connect patients to staff, follow emergency protocols.
