Job summary

Grand River Health in Rifle, Colorado is seeking a full-time Registrar for day shifts. You will register patients, schedule appointments, collect insurance information, and help prepare treatment areas in a fast-paced clinic.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must obtain American Heart Association (AHA) approved BLS certification within 3 months of hire and maintain throughout employment.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Registers patients/clients and schedules appointments
• Confirms authorization/approval for treatment with payers or employers
• Collects insurance and service information from incoming patients
• Stocks treatment rooms and assists with clinic preparation
• Monitors and maintains hydro-collator and freezer temperatures
• Performs culture checks and equipment cleaning as needed
• Multitasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Completes additional duties as assigned
