Trinity Health IHA Medical Group in Michigan is seeking a customer-focused Referral Coordinator to serve as the vital link between patients and their care team. You will handle all aspects of the referral process, including authorizations and follow-up, and you will help schedule and coordinate appointments.

The position requires a High School Diploma and at least two years' experience with insurance referrals or medical office workflows.
